GENERAL RULES AND REGULATION:
21 men team
Single round robin
Venue:
Bukidnon provincial grand stand
Chrono Limit:
450 FPS ( guarder ) chrono w/ 0.20 gm. BB
Safety First on the Playing Field:
No real Firearms/Ammo e.g. real guns / real knife: showing off real guns will disqualify the team and on future games until deliberated by grievance committee.
No Players are allowed if under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol
Consider every gun loaded
Do not flaunt/show your AEG in public
Never point the AEG to anybody/anything you do not intent to shoot
No protective gears, no play ( wearing of T-shirts, short pants, & sandals will not be allowed to enter the game site.)
Keep your finger off the trigger until you fire
Players Elimination:
Direct line to anybody and extensions (vest, ghillie suit, pads) is considered hit
Friendly fire
Knife Kill (must carrying an Air soft weapon, when tapping players)
Ask to surrender within 5M
Two players on point blank considered as draw both are eliminated
Ricochets are not considered hit
No Hit Call:
Shooter cannot call opponent out
Hit players to acknowledge by shouting HIT, DEAD or OUT
After being acknowledge as “hit” raise your gun/arm over your head while going to the neutral zone
NO Hostages:
No hiding behind non-combatant/hit players/marshal
No Holding or grappling:
No holding on to opponent’s gun
No rough physical contact between players
Avoid Inflicting Unnecessary Pain:
Shooting at point blank is discouraged
No blind fire
Immediately stop shooting players signifying “Hit!”
Dead Men tell no tales:
No coaching from any non-combatants (umpire, eliminated players, spectators, bystanders, etc.)
Players are to return to insertion point after being hit, standing by the sidelines is not allowed.
NO radios or communication equipment allowed during play.
Marshall’s Decision is final:
Observe proper decorum at all times and respect marshal’s decision.
Only the team leader is allowed to present to the head marshal ( against the opponent teams or against the marshal ). Otherwise point will be deducted to your team.
Players must respect marshal’s decision while games are going on, any complaints must be referred to your team leader AFTER the game, and otherwise points will be deducted to your team
Game Objective:
RESCUE A PRISONER SOLDIER AND DESTROY ENEMY CELL within 7mins.
Point System:

Yellow card correspond to 20 points deduction from team points
Red Cards correspond to 30 points deduction from team points
Yellow Card Violations ( 20 points deduction )
Ø Complaining to the marshals decision
Ø Hit calling the opponent
Ø Swearing/use of profane language to a player and marshal
Ø Ignoring marshals call(visual block)
Ø Using human shield, both players and marshal
Ø Blind Firing
Ø Refusal to stay at insertion point after being hit
Ø Removing of facemask in playing field
Red Card Violation ( 30 points deduction )
Ø Intentional hitting/firing at marshal
Ø Arguing with marshals while the game is still ongoing
Ø Ignoring marshals call of yellow card
Black card ( 100 points deduction )
Ø Unrelentless firing (more than 3 seconds)at an already hit player
Ø Continuing to play even after declared red card
Ø Playing while under influence of drugs and alcohol
Ø Playing without safety protective gears
Ø Deliberately destroying playing barricades.
Double Black cards ( expulsion / out of the event )
Ø Enticing a fist fight with either player or marshal
Ø Showing of real firearms and ammunition during the event
Staging Rules:
1. The Head marshal will give the participants the time schedules for each team to play.
2. While a game is started, on deck team should go to the staging area and the succeeding teams should go to the chrono area.
3. Chrono will be done at the chrono area prior to every game. AEGs with a chrono of more than 450 fps using a .2 bb will not be allowed and automatically be impounded at the chrono area. However, the player without his/her AEG will still be allowed to play.
( .2 bbs for chrono purposes will be provided by T.A.M.BUK.)
4. Gas guns and pistols are not allowed.
5. Only standard mags will be used during the game. BOX MAGS and AEG’s with similar BB containers such as a MINIMI or M249, etc. are not allowed.
6. T.A.M.BUK. marshals have the right to conduct random chrono after each game and inspect AEGs for suspected high FPS. AEG’s identified with high FPS will automatically disqualify the team for that particular game and the opposing team wins the game.
7. The marshalls will call out “HIT” to a player when the player is in motion. The marshal will give yellow cards every 5 sec for the player who will not acknowledge the call.
8. However, when “stationary” the player is responsible to declare “HIT” and the marshall will give a YELLOW card to players who will not declare after being counted five seconds.
9. A player in doubt can ask the nearest marshall to confirm the “HIT”. The marshall will give a thumbs up sign to let the player continue. A thumbs down to confirm a “HIT” and the player then is out of the game.
10. A team that will have an accumulated five (5) yellowcards or two (2) red cards for every game will automatically disqualify the team for that game and the opposing team automatically wins and get the max points.
11. Only the team leader is allowed to present complaints to the head marshal otherwise a yellow card penalty will be served to the team.
12. MARSHALL’S DECISSION IS ALWAYS FINAL.
NOTE:
The organizer of this event will place a RED or ORANGE sticker at the tip of the AEGs during the game as required by the Philippine National Police and The Fire and Explosive Security Agency (FESAG).
GAME MECHANICS:
1. This is a scoring system mission based game.
2. The teams have three missions per game
a. Mission 1: Rescue the PRISONER. This can be done by unlocking a podlock and taking out the prisoner.
: = 50 points.
b. Mission 2: Drag and protect the rescued PRISONER up to the extraction point.
: = 50 points
c. Mission 3: Destroy enemy cell where enemy prisoner is still inside. This is done by sounding a bell attached beside the prison cell.
: = 50 points
3. Ranking will be based on the total points gained by a team for the whole duration of the tournament.
4. Team without a penalty or who has the lowest penalty for the whole duration of the event will receive the SPORTMANSHIP AWARD.
