You are looking at the best Airsoft battery pack ever created. Want to give yourself maximum advantage? WOW your opponents with super high cycle rate, never having to change battery in the middle of battle and treat yourself with the best!
Great battery pack for all Airsoft, Radio control, remote control car, Airplane, boat and other applications that requires a lightweight, high power battery pack. The following descriptions and reviews are for Airsoft applications.
After years of research, development and test, we have launched the newest Li-poly battery pack and proudly announce them to be "THE BEST" power source for Airsoft.
Why Li-Poly?
Lithium Polymer (Li-Poly or LiPo) batteries are the newest and greatest technology in lightweight and powerful batteries for your Airsoft and RC application. New Generation LiPo battery packs offers leading stability, great performance and long duration.
They are customized for Airsoft Application! You can probably find LiPo cells in RC hobby stores, but will the pack fit in your Airsoft gun? Most likely not, unless you want your gun to look very ugly. They are often made for RC application only which is in the shape of a cube and does not have the correct plug and setup.
High output discharge rate: The discharge rate on new generation LiPo cells are higher than most LiPo cells, NiCd cells and NiMh cells. Which means constant, strong, long lasting power to your Airsoft gun. You will see a great improvement of cycle rate on your AEG.
Light weight, compact and longer duration! It is smaller than a "small type" battery which will fit virtually all Airsoft guns other than the models that takes "stick" type. Yet, a 1500mah has the duration of over 6000~10000 rounds on a M120 spring, which is more than a 3300mah NiMh pack!
The reason why a mini-size LiPoly battery pack can fire more rounds than a large 3300mAh sub-c NiMH is due to the higher "C" of the LiPoly battery. Because of the high discharge rate, resulting in a shorter cyclic time, the LiPoly is able to pull the spring quickly and thus actually consumes less energy per shot - BroJames.
For general reference, using M120 spring setup, the average BB capacity of NiMH and LiPoly are:
5C NiMH = 1,500 rounds (Sanyo only 3C)
10C NiMH = 3,000 rounds (Newest NiMH technology and no NiMH battery available locally comes in 10C. Intellect 5C and Sanyo only 3C.)
10C LiPoly = 6,000 rounds
15C LiPoly = 10,000 rounds
Firefox is only 5C. Bremen Haus true 12C and anybody is free to challenge that claim.
REVIEW
It is the size of a 600mah NiCd pack, but the power of a 10.8V 4000mah NiMh pack! This IS the best battery pack today! If your AEG uses mini type battery, you will normally run into problem powering it especially if you want something that provides duration such as the 9.6V 3000mah NiMh packs. A NiCd/NiMh high power pack is normally heavy and large in size. You will also need to attach it to your AEG in a pouch or ANPEQ2 unit resulting a less clean look if your AEG does not have a full stock. To many experienced players, this battery pack means: PROBLEM SOLVED!!
This battery pack will virtually pull the strongest spring you can ever put into a gearbox.
Ever see a "STREAM" or "LINE" of BB firing out of your gun? You can achieve that without any high speed upgrade with a LiPo! At semi-automatic, the response time is almost instant, perfect for snipers!
Tired of running out of battery power in the middle of the game? Li-Poly lasts super long due to it's constant output and high power! Longer than all standard NiCd or NiMh packs.
We have consulted the experts at the manufacturer, in the hobby industry, experts in LiPo technology and we have conducted thousands of hours of field test with over 100 Airsoft players to let you know the following...
Many thinks that the 11.1V output might be too strong for the motor, truth is, at full auto firing (constant output), the released voltage is lowered for LiPo, which is very safe for your motor.
Myth says that LiPo battery causes higher wear and tear to the life spam of internal gearbox parts such as piston or gears. Truth is, it is only a "power source". If your piston should be worn after 50,000 rounds, a LiPo will reach that limit for you faster since you might be shooting 20 rounds per second rather than 10 rounds per second. This gaming advantage is priceless! If you don't fire your gun at all, your piston will last you forever.
Myth says LiPo batteries are not stable. Which might be true 5~10 years ago, just like NiCd or NiMh battery packs when they were first introduced. We have done extensive test on them and the RC industry had been widely adapting them. We sold hundreds of them and so far the review is 100% positive for the past two years. You will get spoiled after you use them and there is no reason to go back to NiCd (Large, lower duration, requires discharging) or NiMh (Large size) battery packs.
Things you need to know:
1) You must use li-poly chargers to recharge your battery pack.
2) Keep it fully charged. You will almost never run out of power during a normal day of skirmish, but LiPo batteries are best stored full, keep it fully charged(except for long storage where 50% charge is advisable). The intelligent balance charger we supply will indicate when fully charged and stop charging automatically.
3) There is no need to discharge a LiPo battery, never plug it into a discharger.
4) Li-poly batteries are not recommended for stock AEG: If your AEG is shooting under 350 FPS, it has a low power spring and this battery will give you SUPER cycle rate of up to 30 rounds per second. High cycle rate will result gears going out of alignment or stripping of other internal parts if you did not reinforce / shim your gearbox well.
5) All LiPo battery packs passed the manufacturer's quality control test and they are tested prior to shipping to you (BHE batteries undergoes 20 charge/discharge cycles and has a better than industry standard failure rate of 0.1%. Consistent power drain is also tested).
